- You will be able to contact us to change any details of your route within 15 days from the day that the complete document has been sent to you. In any case, we strongly recommend to review the plan as soon as possible and tell us for the required changes, in order to book quickly, as the prices for air transport could get higher or you could miss the place in a hotel.

- In case of an unwelcome situation during this 15 days period, such as missing a place in a hotel or in a flight, Travel Planning Help takes full responsibility to create an alternative plan for you.
- If in the future you ask again for our services, you will be entitled to several discounts (from 5% to 25%) depending on the number of travel days we have organized for you since we are in touch.
