Travel Planning Help allows you to send a planning request for free and you will receive a document  with the following information:  

  • Exact dates for your flights, the city that represents your departure airport in your home country, the name of the country where you will fly to, the total amount of money for the inbound & outbound flights and the class of sit in the plane.
  • Details on each of the accommodations you will use: Class of hotel, hostel or camp site, distance from the center of city and total amount of money spent on accommodation.
  • Details on the route: List of the places you will visit together with the dates of visit, mean of transport used between each of your destinations and total amount for transportation expenses.
  • General description of the activities and expenses related to them.
  • Final expected budget


  Names and timetables for Airlines, Hotels, Transport or any link guiding to a provider are censored in this document. If you want access to them, then we can move forward with the Complete Document.

Also, having the complete document information will allow you to benefit from our customer service options, including the possibility to ask us for any changes in your trip at no extra cost (please see Customer Service for more details).

The total cost of Travel Planning Help will vary depending on the number of days of your trip, to count from the scheduled time of departure from your home airport (local time) to the estimated time of departure for your return trip at your European destination local time, according to the following conversions: (prices in US Dollars)

  • From 31 to 60 days   --->    US$ 75
  • More than 60 days    --->    US$ 99  
(this prices apply for the complete planning. If you want us to plan only for one of the parts (accommodation, flights, transport or activities) then special reduced fares will apply)
